No Tape Rule: Do not apply packing tape or labels to the plastic. Totes seal securely with the included Cobra Zip Ties.
Weight Limit: Do not exceed 50 lbs per tote. Overloading compromises structural integrity and safety.
Stacking: Stack no more than 5 bins high on a dolly. Always place heaviest bins at the bottom.
Prohibited Items: No liquids, hazardous chemicals, wet items, or combustible materials.
Heat Sources: Keep totes away from space heaters or open flames to prevent warping.

Booking & Delivery

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days before your move date to guarantee availability. Last-minute bookings are welcome — contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

You can cancel your order any time up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are subject to a $50 convenience fee. If totes have already been delivered and you need to cancel, a $99 restocking fee applies. To cancel or reschedule, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

The Totes

A good rule of thumb: Studio = 20 totes, 1 BR = 30, 2 BR = 45, 3 BR = 60, 4 BR = 80, 5 BR = 100. If you're unsure, go one size up — you can always add extras through our à la carte add-ons.

Each tote is rated up to 50 lbs. The stack capacity is 500 lbs when stacked 5-high. Please do not exceed 50 lbs per individual tote — overloading can make them unsafe to lift.

Rental Period & Pricing

The base rental is 2 full weeks — far longer than most competitors. Commercial moves get up to 3 weeks. Need more time? Add extra weeks through our à la carte cart at just 20% of your package price per week.

Yes. Use the à la carte add-on cart before submitting your booking, or contact us and we'll add them to your order. Extra totes are priced on a volume tier: $4.00 each for the first 5, $3.50 each for totes 6–10, and $3.00 each for totes 11 and above. The discount applies only to the totes in each tier, so your total always increases as you add more.

Yes! We offer a new customer discount — just call us at 1-800-459-5784 or mention it when booking and we'll apply it to your first rental. We also run seasonal promotions throughout the year — check the pricing section for active codes. Military and first responder discounts are available — contact us directly to receive your code.

Damage & Care

We understand accidents happen. Fees are: Lost/destroyed tote — $35 | Damaged/missing dolly — $65 | Broken lid or hinge — $15 | Tape/adhesive residue — $5 per bin. Our driver documents tote condition at both drop-off and pickup.

Tape leaves adhesive residue that is time-consuming to remove and can damage the plastic over time. That's why we include Cobra Zip Ties with every order — they seal the lid securely without touching the plastic.

Please keep out: liquids, hazardous chemicals, wet items, combustible materials, and anything over 50 lbs. Also keep totes away from high-heat sources like space heaters — the plastic can warp.
